Frequently Asked Questions
- Quicklang is a pay-as-you-go service. This means you can pay only for the translations you made. No subscription is required. We offer you budgets of 1000 credits that you can purchase when needed. This credits will never expire. So you can use them whenever you want.
- 1 credit = 1000 chars. So if you sync new o modified content with 1000 chars, you will use 1 credit for each destination language. If you send a 2000 chars content, you will use 2 credits for each destination language. JSON keys may be included in that count.
- You define a main language. When you sync translations, we will update all the destination languages with the new keys and translated values. If a key is deleted in main language, it will be deleted in all other languages.
- Quicklang only translates changes you made in the main language. So you just pay for the new or modified content. If you delete a key, it will be deleted it in all destination languages. If you keep the same content, nothing happens. In both cases, you will not be paying for that.
- Quicklang use the OpenAI API to translate the JSON file content.
- Yes
- Yes. You can always edit or add your destination translations manually for free. If you sync again, that changes will not be translated from the main language.
- Yes. But we recommend using a desktop for the best experience.
